1.1 No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges: Goods sold through our e-commerce store are considered final sales. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges for any products once they have been sold.
1.2 Order Confirmation: Once an order is confirmed, the goods will be shipped without the option to cancel the order. It is essential to review your order carefully before confirming.
1.3 Product Quality Assurance: We take pride in delivering products of the highest quality to our customers. To ensure customer satisfaction, we will provide photographic or video evidence of the product's condition before shipment. This evidence will be shared with you through the provided phone number or email address.
1.4 Shipping and Product Condition: CLH is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the products during shipment or after they are received by the client. We take all necessary precautions to ensure safe delivery, and any damage that may occur during shipment is beyond our control.
2. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

Refunds and exchanges will be considered only in the following circumstances:

2.1 Wrong Product Shipped: If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, you may be eligible for a refund or an exchange.
Please contact us on care@creativeleafholistic.com within 24 hours of receiving the product to initiate the return/exchange process.
2.2 Wrong Size: In the event that you receive a product with the wrong size, we will consider processing an exchange. You must contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate the exchange process.

3.3 Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping for eligible refunds or exchanges is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified by CLH
3.4 Product Condition: Products returned for refunds or exchanges must be in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.

4.1 Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
4.2 Exchange Processing: Exchanges will be processed as soon as the returned product is received and the replacement product is available. You will be notified of the estimated processing time for exchanges.
